安大略省多倫多–(Newsfile Corp. – 2022年12月27日) – First Phosphate Corp. (“First Phosphate”或“本公司”)欣然宣布之前通報過的本公司股本的非經紀人私募配售融資（“發行”）已經完成。
此次發行獲得超額認購，最後募集資金總額$2,345,377。因此，本公司發行了4,333,078個硬美元單位（定義見本公司2022年11月28日發布的新聞稿）和2,072,000個流轉單位（定義見本公司2022年11月28日發布的新聞稿）。
此次發行由本公司管理層、董事會、首席地質學家和業務夥伴主導，共認購了978,342個硬美元單位和617,000個流轉單位，募集資金總額為$589,220。
預計發行所得資金將用於一般營運資金和勘探活動。與此次發行有關的所有已發行股票都有四個月零一天的法定禁售期。此外，根據發行計劃發行的股票還受合同鎖定期的限制，鎖定期為本公司股票在證券交易所上市交易後的12個月。
