魁北克省萨格奈–(Newsfile Corp. – 2023年4月25日) – First Phosphate Corp. (CSE: PHOS) (FSE: KD0) (“First Phosphate”或“本公司”)欣然宣布，如本公司在2023年4月4日的新闻稿中所述，本公司之前通报的非经纪人私募配售融资（“发行”）已经完成。
此次发行获得超额认购，募集资金总额为$2,339,151.90。作为发行的一部分，本公司发行了1,205,217 硬美元单位（定义见本公司2023年4月4日的新闻稿），所得款项总额为$843,651.90；以及发行了1,869,375份流转单位（定义见本公司2023年4月4日的新闻稿），所得款项总额为$1,495,500.00。
此次发行由本公司管理层、董事会和首席地质学家牵头，共认购了458,114个硬美元单位和169,625个流转单位，总金额为456,380。
发行流转单位的总收益将用于与本公司矿产勘探项目相关的“加拿大勘探支出”，即流转采矿支出，主要用于本公司在魁北克省的Bégin-Lamarche和Lac à l’Orignal项目区的钻探。发行硬美元单位所得款项将用于一般企业用途。与此次发行相关的所有证券均有四个月零一天的禁售期。
