First Phosphate与嘉能可加拿大分公司NorFalco签订谅解备忘录,确保硫酸供应

魁北克省萨格奈–(Newsfile Corp. – 2023年7月18日) – First Phosphate Corp. (CSE: PHOS) (FSE: KD0) (“First Phosphate”或“本公司”)欣然宣布,本公司已于2023年7月17日与嘉能可加拿大公司旗下的NorFalco Sales (“NorFalco”)签署了一份不具约束力的谅解备忘录(“MOU”),以确保为其位于魁北克省萨格奈-拉克-圣让的未来工业设施供应硫酸。

根据谅解备忘录的条款,在双方同意签订最终硫酸供应协议的前提下,First Phosphate同意由NorFalco为其位于加拿大魁北克省的未来磷酸和其他工业设施供应所需的硫酸。两家公司将在谅解备忘录期限内继续合作,争取达成最终供应协议。
