魁北克省薩格奈–(Newsfile Corp. – 2023年7月18日) – First Phosphate Corp. (CSE: PHOS) (FSE: KD0) (“First Phosphate”或“本公司”)欣然宣布,本公司已於2023年7月17日與嘉能可加拿大公司旗下的NorFalco Sales (“NorFalco”)簽署了一份不具約束力的諒解備忘錄(“MOU”),以確保為其位於魁北克省薩格奈-拉克-聖讓的未來工業設施供應硫酸。

根據諒解備忘錄的條款,在雙方同意簽訂最終硫酸供應協議的前提下,First Phosphate同意由NorFalco為其位於加拿大魁北克省的未來磷酸和其他工業設施供應所需的硫酸。兩家公司將在諒解備忘錄期限內繼續合作,爭取達成最終供應協議。
