卑诗省温哥华，2022年9月1日 – Infinity Stone Ventures Corp. (CSE:GEMS) (OTC:TLOOF) (FSE:B2I) (“本公司”或“Infinity Stone”)欣然宣布已经签订了一份选择权协议，将从一个公平交易方手中收购位于魁北克省James Bay锂产区内、与Patriot Battery Metals (PMET:TSXV)的Corvette锂发现区相邻的Taiga锂项目(“Taiga锂项目”)的100%权益。Patriot Battery Metals近期发布了好几份公告，包括2022年8月10日宣布确定“共计三十一(31)处含锂辉石的伟晶岩露头，其中二十(20)处露头中的模态锂辉石含量估测超过5%。(1)
Taiga锂项目介绍
Taiga锂项目占地923公顷，位于Infinity Stone的Camaro项目区以西3.4公里处，与同在魁北克省James Bay矿区内的Patriot Battery Metals Inc.(简称“Patriot”或“PMET”)的Corvette项目区直接相邻。James Bay矿区距离魁北克省的Radisson以东约235公里，距离Namaska的克里自治村东北245公里处。项目的最北边距离Trans-Taiga公路和输电线以南约15公里。该地区在历史上曾因其丰富的金、铜、银、基本金属和铂族元素矿藏而屡经勘探。
该项目拥有四个历史上测绘过的伟晶岩矿点，其中最大的矿点面积超过900平方米。有三处伟晶岩分布在项目的西部，一处位于东部边缘附近。

Taiga锂项目与Infinity Stone在该矿区已有的Camaro项目合起来，使本公司在该矿区拥有的总土地面积达到1282公顷。
多年来，相邻的Patriot公司一直在对其FCI和Corvette项目区进行黄金、铜、白银、钼和铂族金属的草根勘探。2017年，Patriot发现了CV锂矿趋势带。
CV锂矿趋势带是一个新兴的含锂伟晶岩区，横跨Patriot的Corvette项目区，据报告长度超过25公里，并沿走向进一步开放。Corvette项目区的这一新发现是由于之前的历史工作从未单独专注于勘探锂。(1)(2)
从位于Infinity Stone的Taiga锂项目区以北约1400米的Corvette项目区的CV8表象区采集的四份抓取样本，平均锂含量为4.6%。(2)
2019年，Corvette项目区在工作中发现了数个新的高品位铜金矿区，位于Taiga锂项目区以北700至1500米处。通过有限的勘探，Patriot公司还发现了7个“矿化良好”的新锂矿点（CV5-CV11）。(3)

选择权协议条款
根据项目区选择权协议(“协议”)，本公司拥有从Andrew Sostad和Christopher Sostad(“选择权授权者”)手中获得收购该项目100%权益(受下文所述的NSR权利金限制)的选择权：(1)在三(3)年内分期支付总额为$305,000的现金；(2)在七(7)个月内分批发行本公司共计3,000,000股A类次级表决权股票；(3)在三(3)年内产生总额为$55万的勘探支出，并且(4)在执行(完成)后发行共计1,500,000份认股权证(“认股权证”)，其中750,000份可按$0.30的价格行使认购权，另外750,000份可按$0.40的价格行使认购权，期限为七(7)个月。
在本公司完成上述工作并行使其收购该项目的选择权后，本公司将授予选择权授权者2%的净熔炼所得权利金(“NSR权利金”)，本公司保留以$1,000,000从选择权授权者手中回购一半(或1%)的NSR权利金的权利。
