(CSE:GEMS) (OTC:TLOOF) (FSE:B2I) (“本公司”或“Infinity Stone”)欣然宣布已經簽訂了一份選擇權協議，將從一個公平交易方手中收購位於魁北克省James Bay鋰產區內、與Patriot Battery Metals (PMET:TSXV)的Corvette鋰發現區相鄰的Taiga鋰項目(“Taiga鋰項目”)的100%權益。Patriot Battery Metals近期發布了好幾份公告，包括2022年8月10日宣布確定“共計三十一(31)處含鋰輝石的偉晶岩露頭，其中二十(20)處露頭中的模態鋰輝石含量估測超過5%。(1)
Taiga鋰項目介紹
Taiga鋰項目占地923公頃，位於Infinity Stone的Camaro項目區以西3.4公裏處，與同在魁北克省James Bay礦區內的Patriot Battery Metals Inc.(簡稱“Patriot”或“PMET”)的Corvette項目區直接相鄰。James Bay礦區距離魁北克省的Radisson以東約235公裏，距離Namaska的克裏自治村東北245公裏處。項目的最北邊距離Trans-Taiga公路和輸電線以南約15公裏。該地區在曆史上曾因其豐富的金、銅、銀、基本金屬和鉑族元素礦藏而屢經勘探。
該項目擁有四個曆史上測繪過的偉晶岩礦點，其中最大的礦點面積超過900平方米。有三處偉晶岩分布在項目的西部，一處位於東部邊緣附近。

Taiga鋰項目與Infinity Stone在該礦區已有的Camaro項目合起來，使本公司在該礦區擁有的總土地面積達到1282公頃。
多年來，相鄰的Patriot公司一直在對其FCI和Corvette項目區進行黃金、銅、白銀、鉬和鉑族金屬的草根勘探。2017年，Patriot發現了CV鋰礦趨勢帶。
CV鋰礦趨勢帶是一個新興的含鋰偉晶岩區，橫跨Patriot的Corvette項目區，據報告長度超過25公裏，並沿走向進一步開放。Corvette項目區的這一新發現是由於之前的曆史工作從未單獨專注於勘探鋰。(1)(2)

2019年，Corvette項目區在工作中發現了數個新的高品位銅金礦區，位於Taiga鋰項目區以北700至1500米處。通過有限的勘探，Patriot公司還發現了7個“礦化良好”的新鋰礦點（CV5-CV11）。(3)

選擇權協議條款
根據項目區選擇權協議(“協議”)，本公司擁有從Andrew Sostad和Christopher Sostad(“選擇權授權者”)手中獲得收購該項目100%權益(受下文所述的NSR權利金限制)的選擇權：(1)在三(3)年內分期支付總額為$305,000的現金；(2)在七(7)個月內分批發行本公司共計3,000,000股A類次級表決權股票；(3)在三(3)年內產生總額為$55萬的勘探支出，並且(4)在執行(完成)後發行共計1,500,000份認股權證(“認股權證”)，其中750,000份可按$0.30的價格行使認購權，另外750,000份可按$0.40的價格行使認購權，期限為七(7)個月。
在本公司完成上述工作並行使其收購該項目的選擇權後，本公司將授予選擇權授權者2%的淨熔煉所得權利金(“NSR權利金”)，本公司保留以$1,000,000從選擇權授權者手中回購一半(或1%)的NSR權利金的權利。
