Peak Positioning Technologies Inc. (CSE: PKK)（下称“Peak”或“公司”）今天公布，本公司首席执行官Johnson Joseph先生及Peak子公司Asia Synergy Technologies （AST）首席执行官Liang Qiu先生将于2017年4月22日出席今年在温哥华举办的国际金融投资博览会。

执行权证，债券转换，延期
Peak还公布了如下交易：
2017年2月10日，公司担保可转换债券执行转换功能，以每股0.05加元的价格发行了2,882,400股普通股，公司账面上减少了144,122加元短期债务。
2017年2月14日，公司普通股认股权证行权，公司以每股0.025加元的价格发行了750,000普通股，并以每股0.05加元的价格发行了120,000股普通股。
2017年2月17日，公司原定2017年2月28日到期的179,000债券延期。现在这笔债券将于2017年6月30日到期。根据延期协议，债券年利率10%，可转换功能不变，本金可以在到期之前的任何时间以每股0.05加元的价格转换为Peak普通股。
