Peak Positioning Technologies Inc. (CSE: PKK)（下稱“Peak”或“公司”）今天公佈，本公司首席執行官Johnson Joseph先生及Peak子公司Asia Synergy Technologies （AST）首席執行官Liang Qiu先生將于2017年4月22日出席今年在溫哥華舉辦的國際金融投資博覽會。
國際金融投資博覽會（http://www.gcff.ca/）是由北美投資訊息有限公司組織的投資盛會，旨在為中國投資者在加拿大投資與中國相關的高增長領域投資機會牽線搭橋。Peak將自身定位為北美投資者和中國部分最熱科技領域投資機會之間的橋樑，因此不能錯失這個與鎖定投資者人群交流的良機。

執行權證，債券轉換，延期
Peak還公佈了如下交易：
2017年2月10日，公司擔保可轉換債券執行轉換功能，以每股0.05加元的價格發行了2,882,400股普通股，公司賬面上減少了144,122加元短期債務。
2017年2月14日，公司普通股認股權證行權，公司以每股0.025加元的價格發行了750,000普通股，并以每股0.05加元的價格發行了120,000股普通股。
2017年2月17日，公司原定2017年2月28日到期的179,000債券延期。現在這筆債券將於2017年6月30日到期。根據延期協議，債券年利率10%，可轉換功能不變，本金可以在到期之前的任何時間以每股0.05加元的價格轉換為Peak普通股。
