Avenue Living Real Estate Core Trust (the “Trust”) is managed by Avenue Living Asset Management Ltd., part of the Avenue Living group of companies founded in 2006. Through its investment in Avenue Living (2014) LP, the Trust provides investors with passive, indirect participation in the consolidation of multi-family residential real estate across North America. The strategy focuses on acquiring assets below replacement value, investing in capital and operational improvements, and implementing active property management programs.
As at January 31, 2025, the Trust had $4.96 billion in assets and over 19,440 multi-family suites in 20+ markets across Canada and the United States. Since inception in 2017, Class D units have delivered an annualized return of 9.16%.
