Rory J. Cutaia
Founder and CEO
Mr. Cutaia is founder and CEO of VERB, a leader in interactive video-based sales enablement applications. He provides vision and leadership, establishes goals and objectives, and directs execution of corporate strategy for the Company, keenly focused on building shareholder value. In 2000, he founded Telx, a tech startup in the data center sector, which was sold for $215 million (18x return on invested capital to early investors) after only six years. Following this, Mr. Cutaia became partner and entrepreneur-in-residence in a NYC-based private equity fund, creating several other ventures, including a new technology to clean up toxic coal waste sites, and launching a ground-breaking next-generation, fiber-optic network constructed along railroad rights of way. Before founding Telx, Mr. Cutaia was a practicing lawyer with a prominent New York firm. He obtained his JD from the Fordham University School of Law and his BS degree from the New York Institute of Technology.
