Dear Investors,
Kent Exploration is planning a spinoff, Archean Star Resources, composed of Kent shareholders, where they will receive one share for every four they hold in Kent. We will be putting this proposal to our shareholders at our AGM on April 30th. Date of Record will be determined within a period of a week or so due to applications before a judge, and then Archean Star will become free-trading. Therefore, investors have until Date of Record to take a position in Kent and receive the share in Archean Star as well as having their position in Kent Exploration.
