March 19, 2019 CALGARY, ALBERTA – CMX Gold & Silver Corp. (CSE:CXC; OTC:CXXMF) (“CMX” or the “Company”) announces holders of its secured convertible debentures in the principal amount of $295,641 have agreed to extend the maturity date of the debentures by one year to January 31, 2020. In consideration of the holders of the debentures agreeing to extend the maturity date, the Company has agreed to extend by one year the date that the holders may convert the debentures into common shares of CMX. The debentures bear interest at 6% per annum and are convertible into common shares of the Company at $0.125 per share until the new maturity date of January 31, 2020.
