(TSX-V: EBM) (the “Company”) announces the appointment of Mr. Ian Mallmann as the new Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Mallmann has been a principal of Chagford Square Capital Inc. since October 2003. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Astron Connect Inc. He is a senior executive with an extensive background in corporate finance, real estate investment, finance, acquisitions, development and asset management gained over a 20-year career. Mr. Mallmann is currently CFO and director of Crownia Holdings Ltd. (listed on the TSX Venture Exchange) and Glorious Creation Limited (listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange). Mr. Mallmann holds a Master of Business Administration (1988), Juris Doctor in Law (1985) and a Bachelor of Arts (1981), all from the University of British Columbia.
