Coronavirus cases almost 77K globally

  • The latest figures on the global COVID-19 outbreak are ~76,900 reported cases and 2,247 deaths. Most are still confined to China (~75,600 cases and 2,236 deaths).
  • In the U.S., 479 people are being investigated. There have been 15 confirmed positives and 412 negatives with 52 pending.

Curaleaf on go to establish presence in Pennsylvania

  • Curaleaf Holdings (OTCPK:CURLF) announces that the Pennsylvania Department of Health has approved the company as a clinical registrant in the Commonwealth, allowing it to open a cultivation and processing facility and up to six dispensaries there.

Reliq Health closes new contract in Florida

  • Reliq Health Technologies (OTCPK:RQHTF) has inked a contract with Comprehensive Partners in Florida to provide the iUGO Care Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management platform to over 25K Medicare patients.

Ad Com set for DBV Tech peanut allergy therapy

  • The FDA’s Allergic Products Advisory Committee will meet on Friday, May 15, to review and discuss DBV Technologies’ (DBVT -1%) marketing application for Viaskin Peanut, its epicutaneous immunotherapy for the treatment of peanut allergy in children.
  • The FDA’s action date for its review of the filing is August 5.

BriaCell launches equity offering

  • BriaCell Therapeutics (OTCQB:BCTXF) commences a U.S. public offering of units that, it says, should raise up to $12.5M. Each unit consists of one common share and one five-year warrant to purchase one common share.
