Roscan Gold is transitioning from exploration to development at its 100%-owned Kandiolé Gold Project in Mali, following a positive March 2026 PEA. The updated mineral resource totals 1.28Moz indicated +
0.09Moz inferred, supporting a conventional open-pit operation with base case strong economics (US$498M after-tax NPV5% and 43% IRR at US$3,100/oz) and rapid payback.
Since 2025, Roscan has strengthened its development platform through permit renewals, management additions, and ongoing financing initiatives, positioning the project for permitting and project financing. The current mine plan captures only part of the known mineralization, highlighting meaningful district- scale exploration upside.

Mr. Nana Bompeh Sangmuah brings 30 years of international experience in the mining sector, providing strong leadership and deep expertise in mineral exploration and capital markets to Roscan Gold. Prior to joining Roscan, he served as Managing Director, Equity Research – Metals and Mining at Clarus Securities Inc., where he played a key role in establishing the firm as a leading mining-focused financial institution.
