VANCOUVER, Sept. 25, 2018 /CNW/ – Namaste Technologies Inc. (“Namaste” or the “Company”) (TSXV: N) (FRANKFURT: M5BQ) (OTCMKTS: NXTTF) is pleased to announce the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PWC”) as its new auditor. PWC will replace MNP LLP (“MNP”) as Namaste’s auditor. The change in auditor has been approved by the Company’s Audit Committee and Board of Directors. The Board and management of Namaste would like to thank MNP LLP for their services.
In accordance with National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations (“NI 51-102”), the Company has filed a Notice of Change of Auditor. To the Company’s knowledge, there were no “reportable events” as such term is defined in NI 51-102 between the Company and MNP LLP.
