Rock Tech Lithium Files Resource Estimate on SEDAR

VANCOUVERAug. 10, 2018 /CNW/ – Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (the “Company” or “Rock Tech”) [TSX-V: RCK; Frankfurt: RJIB (WKN: A1XF0V)] is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated June 27, 2018, an NI 43-101 Technical Report (the “Technical Report”) completed by DMT GmbH & Co. KG (“DMT”) has been filed on SEDAR.

The Technical Report assesses the resource potential at Rock Tech’s flagship 100%-owned Georgia Lake lithium property in the Thunder Bay Mining District of Northwest Ontario, Canada.

The Company also announces that it has issued 25,490 shares to an arm’s length consultant related to a shares-for-services agreement. The shares were issued at a price of $1.02 and carry a four-month hold period.
