First Vanadium is a unique Nevada focused exploration company with both vanadium and gold on its property located in the world famous Carlin Gold Trend. The property has outstanding infrastructural advantageous being 10km to rail hub, power, highway and skilled mining labour. The property hosts the largest highest grade primary vanadium resource in North America which has a Preliminary Economic Assessment. The high caliber gold opportunity lies under the vanadium resource. Two drill holes were recently completed on the gold target with assays pending. The gold exploration is being lead by 2 well known geologists who have collectively found 10 gold deposits during their career. The Company has a tight share structure of 53 million shares and is well funded to carry out 2 campaigns of drilling.

Paul Cowley

For over forty years, Mr. Cowley, P.Geo. has held technical and managerial positions exploring for gold, base metals, diamonds, industrial minerals and coal worldwide. He has extensive experience in a major company setting based in Canada and South America. Projects include the Escondida world-class copper mine in Chile, Country Manager for Bolivia, and the Ekati diamond mine and the Slave gold project in the Canadian arctic. As manager of the Slave Gold Project, his team discovered and advanced 4 gold deposits amounting to over 8 million ounces of gold. Mr. Cowley also has extensive involvement in junior mining companies at President/CEO, VP Exploration, consultant and directorship levels. Mr. Cowley was instrumental in putting the Lexington-Grenoble gold-copper mine in BC into production, in doubling the resource at the polymetallic and precious metal J&L deposit in BC and delivering a substantial resource for the largest highest grade primary vanadium resource in North America.
