December 7, 2018 / TheNewswire /Vancouver, British Columbia – Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd.(“Naturally Splendid” or “NSE”) (TSX-V: NSP)(OTCQB: NSPDF) announces that one of its subsidiaries, Naturally Splendid Enterprises 2013 Ltd., was served a statement of claim by Terramax Holdings Corp. (the “Action”). The Action relates to an alleged breach of a service and supply agreement in connection with the purported “cleaning” of hemp seed. Under the Action, Terramax Holdings Corp. is seeking damages of $3,000,000 plus interest and costs. The Action was filed with the Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan.
Naturally Splendid’s subsidiary believes the Action is without merit and will vigorously defend the Action.
