Bloxsar and it’s community didn’t take their foot off the gas during summer and worked very hard to prepare for the last quarter of 2019.
Chris Greyling, Bloxsar’s CEO, visited Jordan during the last week of August to promote Bloxsar and blocksEDU to 7 universities, AJIB Investment Bank, Orange telecom, the ICT Association of Jordan and the Minister of Digital Economy. Their reaction was very positive which resulted in several education initiatives agreed upon and Emerging Technology workshops are being planned in the next 9 months. Furthermore, in association with the Jordan University of Science and Technology, an Emerging Technology Summit is being discussed to take place in 2020 and with a reach across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Chris, Evan Freeman, Joseph Khouri can be seen in the photograpch with the Nidal Bitarcan the CEO of the ICT Association of Jordan who is the custodian of the Reach2025: Jordan’s Digital Economy Action Plan as sanctioned by the King. The trip resulted in a tremendous outlook for business development for Bloxsar and blocksEDU throughout MENA.

blocksEDU has officially signed an MOU with one of Canada’s top universities: the University of Alberta! Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, which is a 6-part module program, is being discussed to be offered by the University of Alberta’s Continuing Education Department as, a certificate program, to the public and as an official degree elective under the University’s Energy Resource Management Program. blocksEDU is in discussions with McMaster University and York University, who has expressed enthusiasm about partnering to offer our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) training program.
blocksEdu is thrilled to announce that it will be providing corporate workshops in Toronto, New York, Vancouver, Mexico, and Miami from Fall 2019 and onward. Our first workshop will kick off in Mexico during October 2019 and it will be in partnership with The Internet Association of Mexico. This month, Wayne Van Damme, blocksEDU CEO, had meetings in Miami with local government officials and interested institutions regarding potentially supplying seven universities with blocksEDU courseware to enhance their supply chain management programs with Blockchain education. We are in the process of hosting the first trial course in China at with Quingdao’s University of International Business and Finance in their MBA program this fall.
We are in the process of taking our company brand to the next level with a fresher aesthetic look. So far, we have received positive feedback from our new partners and community. Our division heads are meeting with leaders in their fields to record podcasts, all of which will be featured on our website and social media platforms. We will be delivering a lot of content in the form of blogs, news, and other exciting updates. As blocksEDU’s momentum continues to accelerate, we will be scaling our partnerships, increasing our courseware offerings, and expanding our emerging technology divisions in line with the demands of the market.
