TGS Esports Announces Results of 2020 Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders and the Appointment of Officers

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, December 2, 2020 — TGS Esports Inc. (“TGS” or the “Company”) (TSXV:TGS)(FRA:5RH) is pleased to announced the results of the Company’s Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders held November 19, 2020 (the “Meeting”).

The shareholders of the Company passed all resolutions put forth at the Meeting. In addition, the shareholders of the Company elected Spiro Khouri, Ravinder Mlait, Spencer Smyl, Jeremy Wright and Chi Yan Carolina Li as well as newly appointed director Bryan Loree.

Mr. Loree previously served as a director of the Company from January 26, 2018 until July 30, 2020. Mr. Loree also served as a member of the Audit Committee of the Company from February 22, 2018 until July 30, 2020. Mr. Loree has served on the board of many public companies listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Loree obtained a diploma of Technology – Financial Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2002 and obtained a Certified Management Accountant designation from the Certified Management Accountants of British Columbia in 2008.

Following the Meeting, the directors appointed the following officers of the Company: Spiro Khouri as Chief Executive Officer, Bryan Loree, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary.
