Stephen Ehrlich is a brokerage and market structure veteran who founded Lightspeed Financial, a retail broker-dealer, where he was responsible for eight major acquisitions. Previously, Mr. Ehrlich was CEO of E*TRADE Professional Trading LLC, the professional trading arm of E*TRADE Financial, which was purchased by Lightspeed in 2006.

A. Paul Gill is involved in the planning and implementation phases of creating new businesses and restructuring organizations. In the public markets, he is currently the CEO of Lomiko Metals (TSXV: LMR). He also works with pre-IPO companies as the CEO of Lomiko Technologies, VP Business Development of Promethieus Cryptocurrency Mining & SHD Smart Home Devices and Director of Graphene ESD. Until October 2006, he was heavily involved in the dynamic growth stage of Norsemont Mining. The company grew from a market capitalization of $1m to $50m market capitalization during his tenure. At Norsemont, he served as vice-president of business development, as well as the director, President and CEO, CFO, and Corporate Secretary.

Randy has led three successful early stage high growth companies and has over 15 years of management consulting experience in various industries including Oil & Gas, Retail, Financial, and Manufacturing. Alongside colleagues from Deloitte, Randy successfully led a startup of a boutique management consulting company with focus on developing a Robotics Process Automation Technology practice. Randy recently acted as an M&A advisor leading negotiation in a private capital placement for an Ontario Cannabis startup company. Randy is a co-founder of Hempsana and plays a key role in executing the overall strategic planning of the company’s growth and operations, including private capital placements and financings, corporate development, as well as overseeing the operations of the company.

Bruce Leitch has extensive experience with consumer product companies. He is well versed in all aspects of branding, marketing, cross marketing through strategic relationships, and interacting with advertising agencies. He is very conversant in wholesale distribution networks, logistics, and supply chain management, having procured one of the largest contract packing agreements in the beverage industry. He has extensive experience in venture capital and the securities industry, having worked for several major financial services institutions including Merrill Lynch. Mr. Leitch has been an officer, director and principal of several public and private companies.

Mr. Lo is an enthusiastic entrepreneur. He holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in Canada. Past experience includes financial controller in a software company and limited partner in a Private Equity firm. Though these experiences he has tuned his strategic planning and execution to deliver results in different markets. Following his entrepreneurial heart he attained his real estate license in BC and has been a member of the vibrant Vancouver real estate community since 2016.

With a career in the North American HVAC & geoexchange industries, Lynn was previously President of Water Furnace International and Earth Source Energy Inc. As CEO and business founder, Lynn invented the SHARC wastewater energy exchange technology, which has catapulted SHARC Energy International to a global leader in carbon reduction and energy efficiency.

Lynn’s passion is Sharc International Systems which is now recovering waste heat from installations on 3 continents and has projects coming in from around the world. As a finalist for the prestigious 2018 EC Manning Innovation Award – Canada’s most prestigious honour for an individual citizen – Lynn continues to press hard in his quest to make energy recovery the business as usual concept for future buildings and positively contribute to the human challenge of combatting climate change.

A co-founder of NexOptic, Mr. McKenzie has also acted in the capacity of founder, CEO, CFO, President and Director of several other successful, publicly traded companies. He is also a Director of Prostar GeoCorp which makes global underground utilities like pipelines, fiber optics, and transmission lines much safer for the worker, the public and the environment.

Several of his companies have made significant resource discoveries worldwide and he has overseen and negotiated joint-venture and alliance partnerships with companies with market-capitalizations exceeding $20 billion. He has also raised over $90 million for his companies.

Mr. Stevens is the CEO Graph Blockchain (CSE:GBLC), a private blockchain solutions company. He is COO and President of Datametrex AI Ltd. (TSXV:DM), an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning company, and a Director at New Wave Holdings, a private eSports and eGaming Investment Company. In addition to Mr. Stevens experience as an operator, he also brings 20 + years of professional experience in the Canadian Capital Markets. Through the course of his career he was the head of two Sales and Trading desks and was instrumental in building the Canadian operations for a US based Investment Bank in Toronto. Jeff's experience was largely focused on capital raising for micro cap and small cap companies in Canada. His client base included Institutional Money Managers, Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds and Family Offices in Canada, US and Europe.

Page Tucker has an extensive background in technology start-ups, including development, marketing, recruiting, capital financing and executive management. Page was the founder of Impact Solutions, Inc., a San Francisco based company he formed that successfully implemented innovative database marketing services to both automotive franchises and manufactures throughout the United States. Page reorganized Impact and formed e-autobusiness which pioneered the development of a web-based CRM solution that provided services to well over 900 dealerships throughout the United States before being acquired. Page went on to form ProStar Geocorp where he currently serves as CEO and President.

Mr. Uppal has over twenty-five years’ experience in International Business. Stephen Uppal is COO of Glasgow Global Group, and oversees the project and logistics. He has travelled to Brazil and South America extensively in building the Company’s brand as a bonded soccer lottery.

In the early 1990’s, Mr. Uppal was employed by America S.A, a division of Tommy Hilfiger. Mr. Uppal set up product distribution in South Korea and worked with large department stores such as Lotto and Hyundai department stores. Since 2012, Mr. Uppal has been involved in overseas business ventures in South America including Brazil, Uruguay, Ecuador and Mexico. These projects included low cost housing, transportation, land development arid IT software.

Mr. Wright graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. After graduation, Mike established M. W. Wright & Co., an accounting firm specializing in Income Taxation which is now one of the largest and most respected accounting firms in North Texas. It was during this time that he became involved in Oil & Gas Tax law which he’s continued since 1994. Mikes served as Mayor Pro-Tem for the City of Denison, TX from 1992 to 1996 and during his time on the Denison City Council he was also the liaison to the City of Cognac, France. He is very involved in his community and is a major contributor to youth sports. He enjoys the “in-the-field” aspect of the oil and gas business as much as he does the accounting aspects.
